Dear players,
as the COVID-19 situation remains uncertain, we decided to pause the online satellites as we alraedy hold a reasonably big number of player tickets. All tickets are safe and will remain postponed until end of 2021 with more information to come in case of changes related to COVID-19 regulations.
New Terms and regulations for Poker Fever satellites read as following:
Poker Fever satellites – terms and regulations:
- Participation in the online events is open only for players residing in countries where such online games are legal and subject to no restrictions. Players register voluntarily and at their own responsibility.
- The organizer is obliged to contact winners of the satellites no later than within 14 days after the tournaments have been played out. The contact will be made via e-mail at the address given at the time of registering upon the poker room where the satellites are played at (PartyPoker / GGpoker). Players who take part in the qualifiers give consent to being contacted through the e-mail address given at the time of their corresponding poker room registration process.
- Tickets won in satellites are assigned to accounts of the winners and they cannot be given away or sold to third parties.
- If an online satellite winner does not use a ticket within given time, the ticket will be forfeit. Lack of participation in the event is not the ground to have the ticket cashed out to the account – tickets are to be used at events only, without any exceptions.
- If a person can’t attend the ticket they won entry too, they can e-mail us at contact [@] pokerfeverseries.com or by using contact form on this site, and organizer will postpone the ticket for the next event. This can be done only once for the ticket.
- If a person happens to win more than one ticket, join its destined event, but not use all of the tickets there are two options available:
a) using the tickets during ongoing Poker Fever festival as a credit for other Poker Fever events (eg. 3 Main Event 4800 tickets and 600czk extra payment might be used for a 15 000czk high roller event) (IMPORTANT: only for main events, the tickets cannot be used for live satellites).
b) postponing the leftover tickets for another Poker Fever event. - The tournament organizer is not held responsible for errors made by poker room in terms to settiing up online satellites, transfer of tickets won online to Poker Fever company or any technical errors that occur during online play.COVID-19 STATUS – SATELLITE RULES (last update: 1th March 2020):
- As we understand the situation in regards to Covid-19 is special, we are allowing players to use their credit (eg. tickets won for Poker Fever CUP are worth 1300 czk // Tickets won for Poker Fever Series are worth 4800czk each) in any event they want, with exception of live satellite events.
- If you don’t agree with those terms of participation and do not wish to attend Poker Fever events when they are made available again – please refrain from playing in satellites, as you tickets WILL NOT be cashed out to your account under any circumstances – they will be available to play at venues where Poker Fever runs for extended period of time, so that you can use them without a problem.
- Tickers are being postponed until end of year 2021, and won’t be forfeited even without player contact.
IMPORTANT: The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and regulations upon informing players taking part in the events about it beforehand. The decisions made by the organiser are final and they cannot be altered by any outside parties. PartyPoker poker room is not liable for settling the issues connected with tickets won in online Poker Fever satellites – this is exclusively the organizer’s responsibility.
